If you cannot use your purchased package sessions for any reason, you may put the remaining sessions on a 3-month hold.
Cancellations may be made up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Within 24 hours a $25 fee will apply. Should you be a “no-show” for two appointments during our coaching relationship (without notification or rescheduling), we will evaluate whether or not coaching is appropriate for you right now.
Coaching is a partnership designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional, or career goals and to develop and carry out a strategy for achieving those goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling or advice giving. It is also not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
Each session can take place on zoom or by telephone, whichever is your preference. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Depending on your event’s schedule and the time of her speech, we may be able to work out the ability for a meet and greet. If you have valuable partners, clients, or a happy hour for attendees, please mention them when booking. Sometimes the opportunity for your audience to interact with Micah in a more normal environment can be priceless.
Yes. Micah produces ongoing content through the Flip the Grit Switch™ podcast and the True Basis™ program library — so your audience has somewhere to go when the event ends. Based on your event focus, we’ll recommend the right resources to share before and after so the work continues beyond the room.
A 50% deposit is required, with the remainder due 30 days before your event. Travel expenses are handled directly by True Basis. They will be communicated in detail before booking to ensure you understand these expenses.
Micah’s keynote fee starts at $15,000 for in-person events. Final investment depends on event format, duration, and customization level.
If you’re serious about bringing this to your audience, the fastest path is the pre-event questionnaire — it gives us what we need to put together an accurate proposal quickly.

She will be responsible for travel, hotel, and transfers for your event, leaving you to focus on planning the best event possible.
We prefer at least 60 days’ notice; however, if you have a last-minute corporate event, we’ll be happy to see how we can accommodate you.
