Capacity First. Everything Else Follows.
The Grit Switch Group Experience · Cohort I

You already know how to push. This builds what holds.

$1,497 Starts October 6 Tuesdays 4:00 PM ET Twelve seats Closes September 30

Twelve weeks of structured capacity training with a cohort carrying comparable weight. You train the response to real load and leave with an operating system for decisions, recovery, and execution.

Capacity first. Everything else follows.

Micah Hill
The load changed shape

Reaching your own judgment under pressure is trainable.

You earned this level. What got you here was built for a lighter load, and the load has changed shape.

01
The load

Pressure compounds. Decisions stack.

The margin quietly narrows. Discipline alone cannot outpace it.

02
The default

Most leaders add more.

More structure. More hours. More push. The ceiling stays exactly where it was.

03
The training

Train the system underneath the effort.

Trained reps that keep you clear, fast, and steady when the pressure is highest.

Interactive A sixty second read

Which of these were true this week?

Tap the ones that land. Nothing is submitted anywhere.

Nothing marked yet

Read them again slowly.

I made a call I would not have made rested.
Recovery happened only after everything else was done.
My best thinking is going to the loudest thing rather than the biggest.
I am performing well and it is costing more than it used to.
I know what to do. I cannot reliably get to it under load.
The next level of responsibility is coming either way.

Effort-led leadership has a ceiling. Capacity-led leadership scales.

That is the switch.
The first cohort

This is the first time the Grit Switch Group Experience is being offered. There are no testimonials yet, and there will not be until this cohort finishes. What stands behind it is the method: the Resilience Arc and the trained response inside the pressure moment, built over twenty years of running under real load and tested in keynote rooms and private advisory work.

You are in the room where the proof gets made.
The twelve weeks

Nothing about this is improvised. Here is the whole map.

Each week names a specific pressure pattern and trains the response to it. Open any week to see what it builds. The full Pause, Pivot, Rise arc runs across all twelve.

Pause Weeks 1 to 4 Stop reacting long enough to see what is actually in front of you.
01 Where you are starting +

The GR+IT Profile reads your four dimensions and sets the baseline you train against. You start building your Capacity Map in Week 1 and you finish holding it in Week 12, written in your own words.

02 Judgment when the window shrinks +

What happens to your judgment when the window shrinks, and the trained response that keeps it intact.

03 The signals you override +

Reading the signals you have learned to override, and deciding on information instead of momentum.

04 Flipping the Grit Switch +

The trained response that interrupts the pattern, regulates the system, and makes the call in the pressure moment.

Pivot Weeks 5 to 8 Choose the shift and act on it while the pressure is still on.
05 Where recovery already fits +

Finding and defending the windows that already exist in your week, before the next wave of demand hits.

06 The second checkpoint +

Read six weeks of your behavioral record against your Week 1 baseline, then set what the back half trains.

07 Output against capacity +

Matching output to available capacity so delivery holds through the weeks that go sideways.

08 Reading change early +

Reading shifting conditions early and moving your rhythm with them.

Rise Weeks 9 to 12 Run the system yourself as support steps back on schedule.
09 Holding quality at volume +

Holding decision quality when the volume of decisions goes up rather than down.

10 What your steadiness does for the room +

How your steadiness changes the room, and how the system shows up in the people you lead.

11 Keeping the rhythm afterward +

Turning eleven weeks of trained response into a rhythm you keep running after the cohort ends.

12 The third checkpoint +

Read your Week 12 record against your Week 1 baseline. The checkpoint reads what you actually did across the twelve weeks.

The practical detail

How the twelve weeks run.

Micah Hill working
Twelve live group calls with Micah Tuesdays, 4:00 PM ET
Calls stay in the room +

We keep no recordings, deliberately, so you can bring the real situation with the real names and think out loud about it.

About an hour a week +

For the lesson and the call, plus ten to twenty minutes a day putting it into the week you are already having. The work runs inside your existing week, in your actual job, with your actual people. There is no second life to keep up with.

The calendar Oct 6 to Jan 12 +

Three weeks are off for the holidays: November 24, December 22, and December 29. Week 12 lands Tuesday, January 12, 2027.

Twelve seats +

Twelve is how many people can be in a room like this and still have everybody get airtime.

Its own category

Here is how it sits alongside what you have tried before.

Group coaching

Shared access to a coach across a cohort

Valuable for live feedback and hot seats. The outcome varies week to week based on who is in the room and what comes up.

You leave with notes from the sessions you attended.

Mastermind

Peer-led experience built on shared wisdom

Valuable for connection and perspective. Works well alongside a structured program. The value comes from the people in it rather than from a curriculum.

You leave with relationships and a wider view of the problem.

This is different
Grit Switch Group Experience

Structured capacity training

A fixed curriculum. A sequenced progression. Trained against your real load every week. You leave with an operating system, and the system stays yours.

  • Fixed curriculum, sequenced weekly
  • Live advisory on the load you are actually carrying
  • Leaders carrying comparable weight
  • You own the system when you leave
Micah Hill
Why this exists

Micah Hill built her authority inside the pressure.

Before working with leaders and founders, Micah spent more than twenty years building and scaling one of the most pressure-heavy businesses there is: waste and recycling. Long hours. Tight margins. Constant operational demand. The kind of environment where capacity is the only thing keeping the system standing.

That experience made one thing clear. What sustains performance is capacity, the ability to recover, recalibrate, and decide clearly when pressure stays high. The Grit Switch Group was built from that reality.

Capacity is trained. That is the work here.

This first group is the founder cohort. It comes with founder pricing, a small room, and more of Micah's direct attention than any future run will get. The trade is honest: you help sharpen the experience, and you get it at its most personal.

Before you commit

Twelve leaders, one system, at the same time.

The cohort format is built around structure. You move through Pause, Pivot, and Rise alongside people carrying comparable weight, so what you bring to a call is recognized in the room rather than explained to it.

  • Founders and operators past the point where hustle scales
  • Executives whose decisions carry other people's outcomes
  • Leaders newly holding a load their old system was not built for
  • High-capacity leaders who already know they are operating under their ceiling

How much time does it take each week?

+

About an hour for the live call and the lesson, plus ten to twenty minutes a day applying it. The design assumes you are already at capacity. Written material and audio stay available for the weeks that get away from you.

What if I miss a week?

+

The curriculum is sequenced and it waits for you. Your Working Guide stays available, and Micah sends you a direct note on what the room worked through. Calls stay unrecorded on purpose, so that the people in the room can say the real names out loud. That trade is deliberate, and it is what makes the twelve weeks worth sitting in.

Can I work with Micah privately alongside this?

+

Yes. Grit Switch Private is a twelve-week 1:1 advisory engagement and it can run alongside the cohort. It is application only. Write to support@truebasis.co and you will get a straight answer on whether it is the right fit.

What is the refund policy?

+

All sales are final, because access to the full system is immediate. If you are unsure whether this is the right fit, write to support@truebasis.co before you enroll and you will get a straight answer either way.

You are already performing. The question is what it is costing you to keep it that way.
